Before you enroll

Who is ELC actually for?
Gen Z leaders who are done consuming and ready to execute. If you have ideas, ambition and a willingness to do the work across 24 weeks, you belong here. If you want passive content to watch, this is not it.
What is the time commitment?
ELC runs for 24 weeks, July to December 2026. Plan to commit about 10-15 hours weekly. Expect monthly live SuperSunday coaching, weekly content, your accountability pod, and the work of building your capstone. It is designed to fit around a real job or studies.
Is it virtual?
Yes. ELC runs online so you can join from anywhere.
Should I pay monthly or in full?
Paying in full as a Pace-Setter costs $250 instead of $300. If cash flow is tight, the PowerHouse plan spreads it across six months.
What do I actually walk away with?
A finished capstone project, a Certified Emerging Leader LinkedIn badge, at least five lasting peer relationships, and a documented track record of execution. Evidence, not just notes.
How are accountability pods assigned?
Your pod is assigned by design before week one, based on your lab and goals. Mentorship is built into the structure, not left to chance. We encourage you to take out time to fill your onboarding form as that impacts on how you will be assigned.
